Updating Your UPS Delivery Information

You may receive an automated UPS shipping update from us, advising you of a problem with your delivery. Many issues, such as a wrong or incomplete address, can be managed via the UPS My Choice portal. This FAQ will show you how to access this tool via a Fanatec notification. You can also simply visit www.ups.com to learn more.

To navigate to the UPS portal via our update, please click on the button at the bottom of the notification email:

This will lead you to an overview of your current order status. The text in the red font alerts you to any issue holding back your delivery. In the example below, it's an issue with the address.

Click on "Change Delivery" next to your package ID to access the UPS portal:

Next, you will land on the UPS website, where you will see your current order status again. Scroll to the bottom to click on the "Change Delivery" button:

This triggers the following popup:

Here you can sign in or sign up to UPS My Choice free of charge, via which you can manage the delivery of your order, including making address changes.

We kindly ask you to update your shipping address in your Fanatec account to avoid any delays in future.
