DD Shaft Extension
PACKAGE CONTENT
a - 1x DD Shaft Extension
b - 8x M5 x 12 mm bolts
c - 1x 4 mm Allen key
d - 1x M6 x 12 mm bolt
e - 1x Assist Tool
ASSEMBLY
Before assembly, make sure your Wheel Base is powered off and unplugged from the mains.
Attach the included Assist Tool to your Wheel Base using the included M6 x 12 mm bolt (d).
Do not tighten the bolt completely so the Assist Tool can still move freely.
Align the hole of the Assist Tool with the bolts of the Wheel Base’s QR2 Base-Side.
Use the included Allen key to remove the bolts. The Assist Tool prevents the Wheel Base shaft from rotating.
Rotate the shaft by 90 degrees and repeat for the remaining bolts.
Remove the Assist Tool.
Carefully remove the QR2 Base-Side from your ClubSport DD / DD+ Wheel Base and keep it for later use.
Do not reuse the removed bolts.
When mounting the DD Shaft Extension, make sure to align it correctly.
IMPORTANT! Be careful not to damage the pins. The DD Shaft Extension only has one correct orientation.
Secure the DD Shaft Extension using four included M5 x 12 mm bolts (b) and tighten with the included 4 mm Allen key
(to approx. 4 Nm torque).
Attach the QR2 Base-Side to the front of the DD Shaft Extension. Ensure the shaft is oriented correctly
(the “F” signet should be visible on the top).
Secure the QR2 Base-Side using four included M5 x 12 bolts (b) and tighten with the included 4 mm Allen key
(to approx. 4 Nm torque).
IMPORTANT! Do not put unnecessary stress on the DD Shaft Extension.
IMPORTANT! Do not use multiple DD Shaft Extensions at the same time.
