Guarantee of satisfaction

Our guarantee of satisfaction is unconditional. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your purchase(s) made at www.fanatec.com within 14 days from receipt.

Return policy

If you find FANATEC products purchased from our web site do not perform to your needs (subject to normal wear and tear), you can return within 14 days from receipt, unused merchandise in original packaging including the complete accessories for a refund.

The customer has to carry the expenses of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones. If you return goods by reason of a defect within the warranty period or by reason of a shipping error, Endor AG takes over the shipping costs. Please pay attention that Endor AG can only take over the expenses for the standard shipping. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the returned item(s) and cannot give a refund.

 Damaged or defective products

Returned products will be inspected and refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

We do not refund products:

- Obtained from a source other than www.fanatec.com.
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

 

FANATEC products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.

Refunds

Your credit card will be credited for the price of your product and any taxes, excluding shipping costs.
A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or Endor AG shipping error, the initial shipping cost will be credited and the restocking fee will not be charged.
Payment will be made when Endor AG has received and processed your returned item.
Please remember that payment companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Endor AG cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.
