Spare Parts/Replacement Parts

Fanatec offers spare parts (replacement parts) both within and outside of a warranty to allow customers to repair defects in a quick and cost-effective manner.

Most spare parts are available through the confirmation of a defect through our team. This can be accomplished by opening a support ticket directly via the product in question in your Fanatec account and following the respective steps.

In order for us to offer you a spare part, the following conditions must be met:

  • The affected product must be registered, ideally with a serial number – click here to learn how to register a product
  • Submitting photo or video material to confirm the defect may be required and will speed up the handling process
  • Note: Shipments are limited to regions we service (EU, US & Canada, Australia and Japan)

Once your issue is confirmed, we can offer you the spare parts needed to resolve the defect.  

Please note we do not provide parts for custom modifications at this time or items that were not included in the original product’s packaging.
