Shipping & Delivery
We only dispatch paid orders.
Not possible are:
- C.O.D. deliveries
- Pick-up at the warehouse
We have free standard shipping but charge a pro rata shipping and handling fee for express shipping. The rate depends on the total weight of the shipment and the shipping destination. If the volume weight is higher than the actual weight, the volume weight will be used as the basis for calculation.
The dispatch will be executed ex warehouse to the delivery address provided by the customer. If the item is in stock at our warehouse, orders are typically processed within 24 hours – excluding weekends, public holidays, or delays caused by extreme weather conditions affecting specific regions.

Please note your order may be shipped from different warehouse locations; in this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
For bundles on backorder your order will be shipped once all goods included in the bundle are in stock, but actual processing time may vary. We will partially ship any items in stock if an separate item is on backorder.
In the event of delivery delays, we will inform you via e-mail as soon as this information is available to us.
Your shipment is not covered by any additional insurance, but the carrier bears responsibility for damaged or lost items.
All parcels will be shipped via UPS.
- For customer shipping to certain non-EU countries (for example, Switzerland), please note you may be charged VAT and/or customs fees. These will not be charged at the time of purchase, rather you will be invoiced directly by our delivery partner, UPS, once your order has shipped. Fanatec has no influence on these charges or rates. Please keep the original export declaration (shipping paperwork) in case you decide to return a product; you may qualify to receive a refund on import duties paid.
- Orders are processed during business hours Monday through Friday.
- We do not dispatch goods on weekends or holidays.
- Delivery to UPS Access Points possible.
Express shipping refers to the shipping time provided by our delivery partner and not to the processing time of an order. Fanatec has no influence on delivery times once orders are handed over to delivery partners. Please note deliveries outside the EU may be delayed by customs inspections, irrespective of your selected shipping option. Fanatec has no influence on customs clearance delays.
As soon as our warehouse ships the order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
If possible, packages should be inspected for damage prior to acceptance. If you have any doubts about the condition of the parcel – particularly if it appears damaged – we recommend refusing the delivery.
